We are based in San Jose and traveled all over the Bay Area.

How long do the events last?

1 hour

In addition, all packages include setup/teardown and cleaning.

How to schedule?

STEP 1

Please let us know: date, time and place to check availability.

STEP 2

Discover the perfect package for your love story and let us know when you are ready to schedule!

We will send you a list that you must fill out to complete our form (colors of items, address, preferences, etc.) Once completed, we will send you the final invoice 

STEP 3

Please make a 50% deposit to reserve the date.

STEP 4

Please make the remaining payment during the 48 hours prior to the event.

STEP 5

We will arrive around 1hour before your event to prepare everything! It will be ready at the time of your reservation. 

We will send you the exact location if necessary before your event.

ENJOY! 

All our packages include a free sparkling cider and 2 luxuryy glasses to toast your engagement

PAYMENT/DEPOSIT

All services require a non-refundable deposit to reserve the date. The date is not secured until the deposit is received.

No payment = no reservation


WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

This way we guarantee that your date is reserved and you have the peace of mind that your event will take place. Likewise, this gives us the assurance that you are a committed client.


IS THE DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?

No. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.


DOES THE DEPOSIT APPLY TO THE TOTAL COST?

Yes. The deposit is deducted from the final total of the service.


WHEN IS THE PAYMENT OF THE REMAINING BALANCE DUE?

The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before, Once payment is received, we will begin working on your event.

Additional fees

  • Travel fee outside San Jose
  • Short stairs $50
  • Long stairs $100
  • Holiday fee $200
  • For places with difficult access that complicate the mobility of our equipment, an additional fee will be charged for difficult access.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we carry liability insurance. However, we do not modify our insurance policy, add venues or third parties as additional insureds, or obtain special endorsements for individual events or venue requirements. Clients are responsible for confirming all venue insurance requirements before booking our services.

ITEMS

1. ROSES

  • We use ultra realistic roses of the highest quality, (you won't notice they're not real) since many times people don't take them home and just want them for pictures. These roses are perfect and beautiful to decorate your proposal and save some money! additionally you can add a bouquet of fresh roses for your fiancée to take home.
  • If you want all the roses to be natural we can make that happen too! These are perfect if you want to take all the roses home. Let us know when you schedule.


2. CANDLES

  • Your safety, our safety and the safety of the place where we hold your event are our top priority, therefore we do not use real candles, only candles with realistic effect.
